FIAAM WARRANTY SOGEFI Filtration guarantees the quality and performance of every FRAM filter and will assume liability for any damage to an engine directly attributable to the improper functioning of its products. Furthermore, it assumes liability for any other damage and subsequent costs in respect of the prevailing legislation. The right to compensation for damage is subject to certain obligatory conditions, namely that only applications recommended by SOGEFI Filtration are undertaken, assembly instructions are observed, recommended maintenance by the vehicle or engine manufacturer is conducted and that there are no third party modifications of the unit. Claims for defects attributable to the product may only be presented in the 12 months from delivery. This does not apply to non-commercial final users for whom a longer period applies (24 months) in the event of the danger of death, injury or damage to health, or negligence due to a product defect. QUALITY DECLARATION The products sold by SOGEFI Filter Division in the After-market channels directly benefit from the OE expertise developed by our Group oveer many years. They fulfil the quality requirements listed in the BER 1400/02 [Art.1 t),u )] text for spare parts of Original, or matching , Quality. At SOGEFI Filter Division more than 50% of the turnover is realized with Vehicle Manufacturers and al, our manufacturing sites are duly certified to Quality Labels ISO 9000 and ISO TS 16949, this last one being the standard system of Vehicle Manufacturers.
